1. Who we are

Orbital Task Pilot ("the Service") is provided by Traian Sorin Nistor ("we", "us"). By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Traian Sorin Nistor. Contact: traiano126@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract, and if you use the Service for an organization you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. The Service

Orbital Task Pilot is a personal planning web app for missions, goals, projects, tasks, finances, habits, fitness and nutrition, with optional AI-assisted features. Plans: Pilot and Orbital Pro, billed monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

4. Your account

Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• using it for any unlawful purpose or to violate others' rights;
• fraud, spam or deceptive activity;
• infringing intellectual property;
• interfering with security: uploading malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, scraping, or overloading the Service;
• reverse engineering, reselling, redistributing, or circumventing technical limits of the Service.

6. AI features

AI outputs (planning, prioritization, exercise and nutrition tips) may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your inputs, for checking outputs before relying on them, and for having rights to content you submit. AI content is general information only — not medical, nutritional, financial, legal or other professional advice. You must not use AI features to generate illegal, hateful or harmful content or attempt to bypass their safeguards. We may filter outputs, remove content and suspend accounts that misuse them. Rights holders can report infringing content to traiano126@gmail.com; repeated infringement leads to termination.

7. Financial and health information

Budget, runway, fitness and nutrition tools are for personal organization and general educational purposes. They are not financial, investment, tax, medical or dietary advice. Decisions you make are your own responsibility.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. See also our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property and your content

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, documentation, design and branding. Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service. You keep ownership of the content you create; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

10. Service level and warranties

We work to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, data or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the Service at any time. After termination you can request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

13. General

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Traian Sorin Nistor is established, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of residence. We may update these Terms and will post the new date above.
