Short answers about paying for Orbital Task Pilot, getting your money back and how access to the app works. Anything not covered here: traiano126@gmail.com.
Billing
What plans are there, and what do they cost?
Two plans: Pilot — $9 per month, $89 per year, or $299 once for lifetime — and Orbital Pro — $19 per month, $179 per year, or $499 once. In the eurozone you pay the same number in euros (for example €9 per month); our reseller Paddle shows your local currency and adds VAT where it applies.
What is the difference between Pilot and Orbital Pro?
Every plan includes the entire platform — missions, projects, tasks, finances, habits, fitness and nutrition. Nothing is held back behind a tier. Pro adds AI depth: unlimited AI requests instead of Pilot's 50 per month.
Who charges my card, and what name appears on my statement?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, tax and invoices, so the charge usually shows as "Paddle" on your statement.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Lifetime is a single payment that never renews.
How do I cancel?
Open your Account page and choose Manage billing — Paddle's customer portal lets you cancel or update your card. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for; we don't refund the remainder pro rata.
Can I change my card or see my invoices?
Yes — the Billing page (side menu, under System) shows your plan, your next charge and your full payment history, with a button to download each invoice and to update your card.
Can I switch plans?
Any time. Switching between Pilot and Pro, or between monthly and yearly, applies immediately with a fair prorated adjustment — you never pay twice for the same period. Upgrading to lifetime ends the recurring plan.
Do I pay extra for taxes?
Paddle calculates and collects VAT or sales tax for you based on your country, and the checkout shows the final price before you confirm.
Refunds
What is the refund policy?
Every plan — including lifetime — carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Orbital Task Pilot isn't for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you get your money back. Paddle handles refunds; see our full Refund Policy.
How do I request a refund?
Email traiano126@gmail.com with the email address you bought under, or use the receipt Paddle emailed you. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
What happens to my account after a refund?
A full refund removes access to the paid features once the refund is processed. Your data stays in your workspace; resubscribing brings everything back.
Account & access
Do I need to pay to look around?
You can create an account and explore the front page and pricing freely, but the workspace — missions, tasks, finances and the rest — is for customers. Purchase unlocks it within seconds of payment.
I just paid. Why don't I have access yet?
Access is granted by the payment confirmation, which usually arrives within seconds. Refresh the app; if it's still locked after a few minutes, check your email for the Paddle receipt and contact traiano126@gmail.com.
What happens if my card is declined?
Paddle retries the payment and emails you. While a payment is past due, the app shows a warning banner; if it can't be resolved the subscription ends at the original period's end.
I was an early user before paid plans existed. Do I have to pay?
Existing users and invited early members keep their access through a founding-member grant — no payment required unless you choose to upgrade.
Is my account shared with my team?
Plans are for individual workspaces, not shared team administration. Each person uses their own account.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Email traiano126@gmail.com and we'll delete your account and data, subject to the retention described in our Privacy Notice.
