Who is responsible

Data we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, login credentials, profile photo) — to create and secure your account. Basis: contract.
• Workspace content (missions, goals, projects, tasks, notes, documents, images, habits, journal, budgets and cash entries) — to provide the Service. Basis: contract.
• Health and fitness data you choose to enter (body measurements, workouts, meals, sex for body visuals) — only to show your tracking and guidance. Basis: your explicit consent, which you can withdraw by deleting the data.
• AI requests (the text you submit to AI features) — to generate tips and plans. Basis: contract.
• Support messages — to answer you. Basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser identifiers, error and usage logs) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the Service. Basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share data with

• Service providers that host, store and process data for us (cloud hosting, database, AI model providers), under data processing terms.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, or data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it, except where we must keep records by law.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your data protection supervisory authority. We respond within one month. Email traiano126@gmail.com.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls and private file storage restricted to your account.

Cookies and local storage

We use only essential storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your app preferences (such as theme and layout). We do not use advertising cookies.
